Usually, it takes about 7 working days for the entire program. We work on Saturday and Sunday when you are here.

Delivery:
Goods will be delivered to our office after we finish buying all products. We will take photos and mark number for each item so that you can reorder according to the numbers and pictures. Then we will pack and do the shipment by DHL or Air Cargo.

There are some specific items or premium cut stones needed to be manufactured by order. We will discuss these separately if you require.

Service Fee:
Usually, our service fee is 10% of total amount. If the purchasing amount is more than US$100,000 at one time, then the service fee will be down to 5%. And these special lowest prices are also applied to any furture orders when you go back to your country.

Payment:
Regarding the payment for buying goods in Guangzhou, followings are three ways for your reference:

Since the exchange rate is bad from banks in China, plus there are a lot of restraints. Therefore, the normal way I work with other customers is to wire the money to my Taiwan Company account, and take RMB cash from me in Guangzhou.
Usually, it takes about 1-2 working days to receive the money for the transfer from US to Taiwan. We can get RMB in Guangzhou at the same day.

Or, you can transfer the money to my Taiwan account when you are already in Guangzhou. Then you will get RMB here from me.
